Charitable Donation Requests:
Thank you for your interest in SFVA, The Meadow Event Park and the SFVA Events: Strawberry Hill Races, State Fair of Virginia and Richmond Highland Games & Celtic Festival. We are committed to being a part of the communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Requests for donations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to a fundraising event. Include the organization name, contact information, purpose for donation, and any public exposure donators will receive.

Please note due to the volume of requests received, SFVA is unable to honor every request for a donation. A request does not guarantee a donation will be made.
